_**Chez Doris**_ is looking for a responsible, organized and experimented person in intervention to join us as Overnight Team Leader.

You will be responsible for the overnight team, who welcome, support, listen and ensure the wellbeing of the women coming to the shelter. The intervention workers have assigned caseload and statistics to compile. Some of our programs are offered to indigenous clientele. We always aim to do more for our clients, without judgement. You will also follow a small number of clients

**Hours**:Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm to 1 am.

**If you have**:

- Relevant education or training in social work, psychology, or social sciences and working/internship experience with a similar clientele/organization (or an equivalent mix of experience/education).
- Working experience in supervision.
- Great knowledge of homelessness, mental health and substance abuse issues and resources.
- An interest in Indigenous cultures and traditions, or relevant experience working with Indigenous populations.

**And if you are**:

- Bilingual (English and French).
- Amazing at working with people.
- Calm, focused, and attentive to details.

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
