**Intervention Worker - Roundhouse Program**
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals? Do you value empowerment, inclusion, and dignity? L’Itinéraire offers numerous reintegration and training programs and various support services that meet the specific needs of vendors and participants.
The Roundhouse Program, managed by L’Itinéraire, is unique in Montreal. It allows Indigenous people to participate in a pre-employment program by being accompanied during work shifts at the Roundhouse Café as well as in their psychosocial processes. The Café also answers the needs of users of Cabot Square in terms of safety, food support and harm reduction.

**Working conditions**:
- 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: $23.16/hour
- Work location: Cabot Square and L’Itinéraire office
- Continuous training (Intervention work and restaurant)

**Your role**:
Under the supervision of the Project Manager and in collaboration with team members, you will be responsible for training and supporting participants, assuming the following tasks:
- Provide psychosocial intervention to participants;
- Offer outreach services to users of Cabot Square (harm reduction supplies distribution, referrals, food donations, etc.);
- Organize and facilitate adapted activities and workshops for participants;
- Welcome participants, assess their socio-professional needs and opportunities, and support them in their return-to-work and/or school efforts;
- Participate in the administrative management of participants in the program: follow-up notes, schedule creation, compilation of working hours, statistical and activity reports, etc.;
- Train participants on-the-job at the Roundhouse Café 1-2 times per week;
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations;
- All other related tasks.
**Your skills and strengths**:
- Passion for working with vulnerable individuals facing multiple challenges, with a particular interest in working with Indigenous populations;
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and be solution-oriented;
- Fluency in both French and English, as most participants are primarily English-speaking;
- 1-3 years of relevant intervention work experience with marginalized populations;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google tools (Drive);
- First aid and naloxone administration training (an asset);
- Experience working in a café or a restaurant (an asset).
