**Academy of Modern Art (AOMA)** is a Vancouver based art education institution committed to guiding students in art and design as they transition to their chosen post-secondary schools. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to support the management and promotion of our academic programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the planning and execution of **school events and community activities.**:

- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the **art studio** including scheduling, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean, creative environment.
- Contribute to the **development and implementation of marketing strategies**to enhance student recruitment and public engagement.
- Design and create content for **social media platforms**(Instagram, WeChat, RED (Xiaohongshu), YouTube, etc.).
- Maintain and update the **school website** ensuring content is visually appealing and up to date.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in **Art, Design, Illustration or Visual Communication**.
- A minimum of **3 years experience**in academic administration or program coordination, ideally in an art/design education setting in Vancouver, B.C.
- Proven **professional experience**in design, illustration, or visual communication.
- Skilled in **digital content creation**and **digital marketing**strategies.
- Proficient in managing and growing **social media** platforms.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English and Chinese.
- A strong interest in the **education sector**, with a passion for supporting student success.
- Highly **organized**, detail orientated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work **flexible hours**, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic administration or program coordination: 3 years (preferred)
- Managing and growing Social Media platforms: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Speaks and writes Chinese (required)
