**Who we are looking for**:
Liteline is hiring a **Product Marketing Manager **to develop, grow and lead a team to help bring our trusted lighting products to market, and ultimately support driving sales growth across North America. The Marketing team is integral to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy including the design, advertising, internal and external communications, and events (tradeshows, sales conferences, etc.).

**Reporting to a Co-President, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for**:

- Leading the launch programs for all Liteline products
- Acting as the project manager to unite Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service as products are developed
- Understanding the markets we serve, providing recommendations in product development and pricing, establishing product positioning, and crafting related marketing content
- Researching customer behavior, providing market insights, and empowering Sales and Engineering with regular updates
- Proactive monitoring of competitors and industry trends, providing regular updates to management team
- Ensuring that management along with Marketing, Customer Service and Sales team are educated in all products and solutions
- Managing website updates (including eCommerce database)
- Updating in-market products to elevate message and update marketing materials
- Supporting the evolution of the Liteline brand

**This is the perfect job for you, if you have**:

- University or College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally with big-box retail experience
- Outstanding written communication with an understanding of lighting
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams to complete tasks
- Problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to think “outside-the-box” to go above and beyond
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with an aptitude for technical information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Familiar with CRM software, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
- Access to a car is a benefit as some events are offsite
- Lighting knowledge and interior design is an asset
- Basic understanding of CAD or SketchUp and layout design is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
