**Job Duties**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Meet the needs of customers, answer their questions and exceed their expectations.
- Provide customers with vehicle information and technical specifications.
- Present and test drive vehicles and explain the features and benefits to the customer.
- Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers, fellow employees, and the company’s reputation.
- Ensure all work is performed and completed in a timely fashion and maintain accurate records.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and foster customer referrals to increase sales and service volume.
- Record customer information and complete customer follow up on a regular basis.

**What we're looking for**:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- OMVIC License: Preferred but not required. (we can help you get licensed quickly)
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge on various automobile makes/models and vehicle features is an asset.
- Professional demeanour, selling style, and appearance.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional communication skills - Written and verbal.
- High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Valid G or G2 class driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
