Automotive Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and objectives
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Acura product, features, and specifications
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage referrals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive retail sales (Luxury experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, appointments, and paperwork
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must hold a valid OMVIC license
