**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and meetings.
- Manage vehicle fleets, including scheduling maintenance, and document managements.
- Maintain accurate records through filing systems and bookkeeping practices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing training, and benefits programs.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for light bookkeeping tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and payroll processing is preferred.
- Proficiency in event planning, document design, and clerical duties.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to flip between tasks and companies.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
