**Sales Representative**

Our Wilton Grove Location in London Ontario is currently seeking a Sales Representative.

**Summary**

Supports our parts business from assigned customer accounts through personal and phone contacts.

**Essential Duties**
- Visits assigned customers.
- Drives customer loyalty through relationship building with the assigned customers.
- Expand on customer needs to drive more Parts and Service business.
- Prospects for new customers.
- Runs reports to ensure growth for each of their assigned customers.
- Actively participates in required online training
- Promotes customer online purchasing from the dealership.
- Communicates parts orders to parts counter people
- Prioritize and maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedule
- Follows up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.
- Coordinates vendor sales calls with customers
- Maintains customer records to reflect changes to customers' names, addresses etc.
- Adds new customers to appropriate mailing lists.
- Attends training webinars when possible.
- Acts as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Ensures proper maintenance to company supplied vehicle.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Good computer skills in Windows XP, MS Word, Business Visions, Excel, Internet
- Self starter and able to work under time constraints
- Multi-tasking
- Results oriented and customer service focused
- Attention to details

**Experience**:

- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, operations and industry
- Proficient level user of common office software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills and decision making
- Creative mindset

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
