Director of Supply Chain and Logistics

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Logistics who can lead, inspire, and optimize our production processes to help us continue crafting goodness in our community.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Supply Chain Management**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to manage input costs effectively and support production needs.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with the production team to align material sourcing with production schedules and goals.

**Logistics Oversight**
- Lead the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales orders.
- Optimize distribution processes to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
- Troubleshoot logistics challenges and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Data Analysis, Production Forecasting and Reporting**
- Analyze input costs, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and logistics performance.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Forecasting production needs & inventory movement

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as a bridge between the procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support production planning by providing accurate forecasts for material availability.
- Work closely with the sales team to align order fulfillment with customer expectations.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in supply chain management, logistics, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in brewery production inputs, sourcing strategies, and cost management.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
