We’re a small but dynamic team that values creativity, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.**About the Role**

This is a hands-on, dual-role position where your creativity and technical skills will be key to producing top-tier visual products. You'll take projects from concept through to completion — operating wide-format print equipment, designing custom graphics, and ensuring everything meets our high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain wide-format printers and finishing equipment
- Prepare and process print files using design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Design and layout graphics for signage, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, and more
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency across all output
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Order materials and supplies for the wide format department

**Qualifications**
- Experience operating wide-format printing equipment and RIP software
- Strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and general file preparation
- Knowledge of color management and wide-format printing processes
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into effective designs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team environment

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with vehicle wraps, banner printing, or signage production
- Familiarity with wide-format substrates and finishing techniques
- Working knowledge of print file standards and production best practices
