**CNC Operator Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up CNC machines to perform wide variety of tasks related to stone fabrication for the stone countertop industry
- Read and interpret plans to understand product specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet required specifications
- Perform, document and keep track of routine preventive maintenance on machinery - daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to minimize down time
- Setup, calibrate and trouble shoot tooling issues to ensure high quality production at all times
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects

**Experience**:

- Experience in operating CNC machines for stone industry
- router, 5 axis saw, water-jet - min 2 years
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and use hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, overhead crane and forklift operation is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.81-$37.41 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
