Site Administrator/document Controller

Document Controller responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors. Site administrators are professionals doing administrative tasks. Primarily, they plan a budget, as well as coordinate construction projects and other administrative duties associated with each contract. Site administrators are required to collaborate with different departments and help contractors run projects smoothly by performing tasks such as issuing technical plans and conducting on-site inspections. *Document Controller Duties and Responsibilities*
- Conduct document audits
- Ensure revised documents are accessible
- Assist with communication during external audits
- Train clerks and delegate and oversee their tasks
- Conform to company specifications and documentation procedures
- Train employees in the document processes to ensure correct handling of documents from the ground up
- Ensure proper organisation and security of documents
- Oversee document thru its entire lifecycle
- Cheque and edit documents and prepare for distribution
- Create document filing and organising systems that are both effective and efficient
- Log document requests and retrieve documents as needed
- Distribute documents to relevant recipients

- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions
- Great time management skills
- Ability to follow procedures exactly
- Incredible organizational skills
- Microsoft office suite skills
- Can work independently without much guidance
- Ability to communicate with team
**Job Type**: Seasonal
