We are creating new businesses and optimizing growing businesses in Canada.
We offer a remote Administrative Assistant role with a commitment of 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
**Responsibilities**:
- Internet research related to various business sectors in Canada
- Create accounts in internal and external portals for our clients
- Assist with recruitment for the clients (create and post vacancies, provide initial selection, send invitations to interviews)
- Data entry
- Coordinate mini-projects
- Test and optimize processes, offer feedback and implement creative solutions
- Write progress reports
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication
- Good research skills
- Technical skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Creative and innovative thinker with a focus on solutions
- Experience as an administrative assistant, clerical support, or other communications/organizational specialist
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
