MSHZ International Inc. is a growing Import/Export and E-commerce company and looking for an Office/Warehouse Team Lead.

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**

Lead a department of employees who are responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions and meeting Key Performance Indicators as set by the MSHZ International Inc.
- Supervise and delegate a team of warehouse employees
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation in the warehouse and office.
- Provide coaching and on the job training to employees as well as cross train employees to maximize their performance
- Identify and implement opportunities to ensure process efficiencies and optimization
- Measuring and reporting on agreed Key Performance Indicators
- Supporting the staff with effective problem-solving
- Administrative tasks as required
- Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Identify complex workplace issues that require the manager’s attention and forwarding them to the manager

**Main Job requirements and qualifications**
- 2 years minimum experience in a warehouse / distribution centre managing product fulfillment
- Basic proficiency in Office suite
- Excellent physical condition
- Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in inventory and cost controls
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team coordination skills
- Retail, eCommerce experience would be an asset
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of shipping systems Purolator, Fedex, etc (an asset)
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer
- Must be able to traverse the entire facility.
- Must be able to lift to up to 50 pounds at times.

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (required)
