As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing the best car-buying experience in the industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, assisting them through their car-buying journey in the digital realm. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers online, provide information, answer inquiries, and facilitate the sales process.
**This role may be right for you if**:
- You are comfortable with outbound communication, written and verbal
- You have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- You can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- You have previous call-centre, customer service and/or dealership experience
- You are flexible with a hybrid role
- ** You hold a valid OMVIC License**
- You volunteer for new challenges and responsibilities, all while maintaining high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Base rate of $40,000 with comm. to $65,000.
- You are multilingual, as it would be an asset to our team, yet not a requirement
