**Regional Supervisor - Janitorial Services**

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Supervisor is responsible for **client satisfaction and operational excellence** within their assigned territory.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **effective communication and strong relationships** with clients in your region.
- Plan and coordinate **regular and special cleaning projects** (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Manage **priorities, client requests, and complaints** with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct **quality inspections** and prepare related reports.
- Manage **inventory of cleaning products and equipment**, ensuring availability and good condition.
- Participate in **recruiting, training, and supervising** cleaning staff.
- Ensure **health and safety compliance** and assist in incident investigations.
- Contribute to the **preparation of the operational budget** and help **control and reduce costs**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bilingual in **French and English** (Spanish is an asset).
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in janitorial or maintenance operations.
- Minimum **3 years of supervisory or management experience**.
- Strong **leadership and communication skills**.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid **driver’s license** (frequent travel required).

**Territory**:
Mississauga, Ontario **region**.
