Support & Training

This means that you will learn and grow as you install a variety of different doors and manufacturers which will broaden your knowledge and ensure you are at the top of the door game.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Mechanical aptitude and interest
- Ability to work with your hands
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- General knowledge of tools
- Lift over 50 lbs.
- Customer service
- Help in keeping the truck clean and full stocked
- Keep organized and help the lead hand stay on track
- Keep the job site clean
- Stay one step ahead of the lead hand
- Ability to learn and grow

You need will need a valid drivers license. Winser Doors also offers employee benefits after the probation period. We also offer competitive wage rates with a program to help you progress and earn more. We also have a employee bonus program to help provide incentive to the employee.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
