Support & Training
When with Winser Doors, you will work in agricultural, commercial, residential, and industrial locations that will help you grow and will challenge you. We will help provide any necessary training, and you will have continuous support from management and lead technicians, as well as the opportunity for growth within the company.
With Winser Doors, we work with many suppliers and manufacturers to ensure we can support needs of our customers and always ensure it is exactly what they are looking for. This means that you will learn and grow as you install a variety of different doors and manufacturers which will broaden your knowledge and ensure you are at the top of the door game.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Mechanical aptitude and interest
- Ability to work with your hands
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- General knowledge of tools
- Lift over 50 lbs.
- Customer service
- Help in keeping the truck clean and full stocked
- Keep organized and help the lead hand stay on track
- Keep the job site clean
- Stay one step ahead of the lead hand
- Ability to learn and grow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
We also offer competitive wage rates with a program to help you progress and earn more. We also have a employee bonus program to help provide incentive to the employee.

G Drivers License required.
