**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the appropriate materials and techniques for each project.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of painting work with overall project goals.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and improve the durability of painted surfaces.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in commercial painting techniques and tools.
- Experience in spraying interior and exterior projects
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to read and understand construction schematics and blueprints.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with caulking methods for finishing touches on projects.
