Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience
  • Interested in possibly growing into Project Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Physical stamina to handle ladders, scaffolding, and repetitive tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and filling holes and cracks
  • Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  • Ensure clean lines and smooth finishes
  • Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces from paint spills
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Clean up job sites
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
