Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience
- Interested in possibly growing into Project Manager role
- Strong knowledge of painting materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Physical stamina to handle ladders, scaffolding, and repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure clean lines and smooth finishes
- Protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces from paint spills
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Clean up job sites
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols
