Sign Painter

As a **Sign Painter** You will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing a variety of sign components which mostly consist of Aluminum, Alu panel, PVC and Acrylic.. This role demands precision, patience, and a strong work ethic. You’ll work closely with our production and fabrication teams to ensure every sign meets our professional quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, and priming
- Ensure high-quality finishes, free from defects such as drips, streaks, or inconsistencies
- Mix colors and match finishes as required for custom projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Inspect work throughout the process to ensure top-tier quality
- Collaborate with production team members to meet project deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in professional painting (automotive, industrial, or sign industry preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Strong knowledge of prep, sanding, masking, and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with paint sprayers, HVLP systems, and paint booth practices is a strong asset

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
