_**Ananta Immigration Services Inc**_. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sales representative for our immigration office. As an sales representative you will play an essential role in providing excellent support to our team of immigration professionals and ensuring best customer service and smooth operational work of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships through conversation and recommendations;
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to perspective clients;
- Working with the Immigration Consultants to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the clients.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for our services;
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our current immigration programs and use that knowledge to encourage customers to select our firm;
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
- Continuously improve through feedback;
- Developing and implementing monthly promotion strategies and sales incentive programs;
- Organizing documents, completing immigration forms, and drafting supporting documents;

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years related working experience environment is preferred;
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a resourceful attitude;
- Self-motivator, and possess strong attention to detail;
- A high level of energy, customer engagement, and a self-started;
- Ability to meet deadlines and strong time-management skills, and a team player;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Must be fluent in English.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM)

**Location**: Unit#207 - 3132 Parsons Road NW, Edmonton, AB

**Salary**: Competitive pay as per experience
