**Position Summary**

We are seeking **5 motivated and goal-oriented Freelance Sales Professionals** to join our growing team. This is a **commission-based remote position** where you will work from home to promote our immigration and permanent residency services, generate leads, and drive successful conversions.

You’ll receive full training on our services — your role is to **market, engage, and connect potential clients** to our office for a free consultation, and earn **bi-weekly commissions for every successful conversion**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote TopNation Immigration’s services through social media and online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential clients
- Book appointments or refer clients to our office for free consultations
- Maintain communication with the office team and report successful conversions
- Participate in optional training sessions (virtual or in-office) to enhance performance

**Qualifications**
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of social media and online marketing
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
