**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Surfaces**: Sand, fill imperfections, and caulk seams for flawless finishes.
- **Spray Applications**: Prime and finish metal and wood doors/trim using airless spray equipment.
- **Maintain Equipment**: Clean and care for brushes, rollers, and spray pumps.
- **Professionalism on Site**: Maintain a clean, professional appearance in **Painter’s Whites** and full PPE.
- **Mentorship**:Help elevate the tradespeople of the future whether it be new entry or mid-level apprentices.
- **Collaborate Effectively**: Communicate with crew members, subtrades, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

**Additional Rate Premiums Available For**:

- Foreperson
- Spraying and Pressure Washing
- Wallcovering Installation
- Night Shift Work

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Red Seal Certified Painters** who are ready to lead and mentor apprentices.
- Strong knowledge of today’s commonly used paints and coatings.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with subtrades.
- Willingness to work at various sites across the Lower Mainland.

Pay: $38.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Commercial Painting: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Painter/Decorator Red Seal (required)
