We have extensive knowledge managing critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, commercial facilities, central utility plants and Public Private Partnership projects.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

ACML is actively seeking a **Red Seal **Plumber** located in **Vancouver, BC **whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Completes annual testing, certifying, and reporting of all cross-connection devices;
- Installs fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, urinals, drinking fountains, eye wash stations, lab equipment, etc.;
- Installs and retrofits all types of supply piping including copper, plastic and iron threaded pipe, fittings and valves for all services including water, air, gas, steam and other liquids/gases;
- Installs new and retrofits all types of drainage piping and fittings including cast iron, ABS, PVC and other specialty drain types such as glass drains for laboratories;
- Installs piping for heating and air-conditioning systems, including water heaters, boilers, heat pumps, VAV and AHU coils etc.;
- Replaces failed fixture parts such as flush valves, float valves, control valves, gauges, washers, steam traps, faucets etc. and makes adjustments as necessary;
- Unplugs blocked pipes using hand auger or electrical drain cleaner;
- Assists with scheduling and supervising of Plumbing subcontractors;
- Attends After Hours Plumbing emergencies;
- Travels and works at all client’s sites; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- At least 5 years minimum experience as a Journeyperson directly related to the operation and maintenance of building systems
- Red Seal certification in BC;
- BC Water & Waste Association Cross Connection Control Certificate
- Shall have a valid BC driver’s license.
