**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare surfaces**: Sanding, caulking, and filling minor imperfections on interior and exterior surfaces.
- **Equipment maintenance**: Clean and maintain brushes, rollers, and airless spray pumps.
- **Professionalism on site**: Wear your **Painter’s Whites** and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- **Collaborate effectively**: Communicate with crew members, subtrades, and other trades on site.
- **Lead and mentor**: Supervise and train crew members at various experience levels.
- **Travel locally**: Be available to work at various sites across the Lower Mainland whether it be by car or local transit.
- **Safety first**: Work on construction sites that require full PPE (Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses, Steel-Toe Boots).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experienced **Red Seal Journeypersons** or **Uncertified Journeypersons** who are willing to mentor apprentices.
- Opportunities available for experienced **non-ticketed Journeypersons** and **Apprentices** ready to work toward certification.
- Knowledge of today’s commonly used paints and coatings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Training Provided - No Experience? No Problem**
We provide safety training to ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running:
