We are looking for a **Technical Advisor** for our BMW MINI Laval dealership. As a technical advisor, you will be responsible for receiving customers & obtaining the information necessary to identify & suggest repairs and/or maintenance work on the vehicle.

**Your day to day**:

- Greet & serve customers of the service department
- Open & close work orders
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer based on the vehicle's manufacturing date, mileage, & general condition
- Consult with automotive technicians regarding required repairs & or maintenance work & provide options to clients
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the undergoing work & keep the customer informed of the status of vehicle repairs
- Work with the parts department to determine parts availability & scheduling of future service appointments
- Advise clients about warranty protections & potential cost savings
- Review the repair order & service performed with the client after the service has been completed
