Pennine Security Solutions is currently seeking qualified Condominium Security Supervisors who can provide the best service to our Clients and be a positive representative for our rapidly growing company.
- **Site**: Residential Condominium in Guelph, ON
- **Job Type**: Full-Time Permanent (Site Supervisor)
- **Shift**: Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:00am
- **Hourly Rate**: $18.35

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client’s organizations
- Monitoring and providing support for the site team
- Training all new staff assigned to the site
- Resolve any on-site personnel conflicts by helping conduct internal investigations
- Be accessible to your site team to assist with emergency calls outside of work hours
- Coordinate and assist with all company mandated training
- Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment
- Provide accurate and detailed administrational work
- Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Monitor CCTV and card access systems
- Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Complete walking patrols and inspections of the building and its equipment
- Additional duties as assigned
- Valid Security Guard License
- Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)
- Eager about working as a part of a responsible and capable team
- Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
- Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Effective access control capabilities
- Basic computer literacy for digitalized tasks
