**Duties**

Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm to 12 midnight

Rate 19.75/ hr

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our client facility in Guelph. This is a permanent long term position.

Monday to Friday 5pm to 12 midnight ( 35 hrs per week)
- be the primary contact for staff time off, sick calls etc and arrange to cover shifts
- If guards are not available supervisor is to cover shifts. Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV
- Primary contact with the client contact.
- Manage Electronic scheduling and Payroll submission
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure a secure environment
- Respond to incidents and alarms promptly
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Conduct training sessions for security personnel

**Skills**:

- Proficient in CCTV monitoring
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent Microsoft skills

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid security license
- Must have 2 years previous Security Supervisor experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- CCTV: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
