Parry Sound, Canada Log Cabin Inn Full time

**Work Schedule**

  • **Days**: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days a week)
  • **Hours**: 6 to 8 hours daily, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

**Compensation**: Hourly wage (to be determined based on experience) plus tips.

**Responsibilities**

  • Execute opening and closing routines.
  • Prepare ingredients, including stocks, sauces, light butchering, and seasoning.
  • Operate on the line by cooking steaks on the grill, finishing items in a convection oven, preparing sauces in pans, and plating dishes.
  • Clean dishes, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure a high level of organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

**Qualifications**

  • Possess basic knife skills and butchering knowledge.
  • Have at least one years of experience cooking a variety of proteins, such as steaks, chicken, fish, and pork.
  • Understand the basics of sauces and stocks.
  • Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Prioritize cleanliness, attention to detail, and organization.
  • Exhibit a positive, motivated, and supportive attitude.
