Pizza Cook

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team at Parkwood Restaurant. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas from scratch in an open kitchen environment. If you have experience in the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Monitor food cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Assist with meal preparation and other food service tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
