**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental office

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus

As a Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth rental operations. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of customers, handle rental transactions, and contribute to the growth of our business. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this position may require occasional outside sales activities and flexibility in working hours.

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
