**Reports to**: Service Manager

**Summary**

This position is responsible for greeting and assisting customers in the Service department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of used rental vehicles
- Walk-around with the client, ensuring there are no damages before and after use
- Retrieving the vehicles from their designated parking spots, allowing for easy pick up for the client
- Parking the vehicles in the appropriate parking area on the lot

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in automotive field is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
