**Part-time Administrative and Clinical Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and visitors
- Registering patients
- Managing (which include, are but not limited to, faxing, mailing, scanning, and electronically filing) documents such as laboratory results
- Performing basic clinical tasks, such as assessing height, weight, and blood pressure
- Performing basic clinical calculations, such as calculating the body mass index (BMI)
- Entering clinical measurements in an electronic medical record system (EMR)
- Managing patient flow in a busy office
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned, such as assisting with medical plan billing

Qualifications:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Medical administration experience and training will be a strong asset
- No criminal record
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Additional language abilities will be an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to do basic arithmetic

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
