_**We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Townhall Maple Ridge**_
- 2+ years' experience in hospitality management, including overseeing dining operations, building relationships with guests, and creating a positive workplace culture
- a valid Serving It Right Certification
- Key responsibilities:_
- Providing leadership and development for the team
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees
- Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards
- Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed
- Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability
