Project Manager

Myelin & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Project Manager** to lead the planning and execution of medical education projects, such as educational slide decks, clinical tools, training programs and conference materials. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of internal teams, external stakeholders (e.g., physicians, faculty), and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of complex, multi-phase projects.

**Core Responsibilities**

**Project Planning & Documentation**
- Develop comprehensive project plans and milestone schedules and manage task assignments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and monitor the status of all deliverables against project timelines; identify delays and escalate risks as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring traceability and accountability.

**Client & Faculty Liaison**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining consistent communication with clients, faculty, and other collaborators.
- Participate in and document key discussions in client/physician meetings and teleconferences.

**Execution & Coordination**
- Coordinate and oversee internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery of logístical and content-related tasks.
- Organize and oversee project logistics such as:

- Virtual meeting setup, collateral preparation, audiovisual support, venue selection, travel arrangements, and post-event evaluations._
- Ensure accurate and timely content translation and quality assurance across materials.

**Event Management**
- Provide onsite or virtual support for events and meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Track expenditures to ensure projects stay within or below budget; handle post-event reconciliation and final reporting.
- Lead dissemination of materials through appropriate channels and coordinate wrap-up activities including reporting and debriefing.

**Qualifications**
- While Myelin collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, no scientific or medical background is required for this role.
- Minimum education requirement: College diploma or University degree
- Demonstrated experience in a project coordination or management role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex timelines and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in project management tools and databases, cloud storage platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to always represent Myelin & Associates in a professional and ethical manner.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
