Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals using industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Duties

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet; manage schedules using Jira, Trello, or Project Server.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and scope to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and vendor management.
  • Oversee risk management processes by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and SAFe to adapt to project needs.
  • Conduct quality management activities to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders using Visio or SharePoint to communicate progress effectively.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency through tools like Workday or Basecamp.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by supervising team members and promoting leadership development.

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT project management or product development within a structured environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Confluence for documentation and requirements management tools like Requirements Management software or Project Server.
  • Strong background in vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement across diverse business units.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP; data analysis skills using SAS or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience managing projects utilizing Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms is advantageous.
  • Skilled in utilizing project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, Visio, SharePoint, Workday, Basecamp for planning and collaboration.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with supervising experience in cross-functional teams; adept at organizational skills and time management.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and experience supporting product development initiatives is a plus. Pay: $57,969.26-$128,697.02 per year
