**Job Summary**
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of employee paystub.
- Calculation of the statutory holiday pay for full time and part-time hourly employee
- Monthly bank and visa reconciliation,
- A/R and A/P Reconciliation,
- monthly payroll remittance reconciliation,
- HST monthly, quarterly, and annually reconciliation,
- WSIB and EHT annual reconciliation
- Preparation of ROE
- Reconciliation of complex inter-companies’ loan accounts
- few days visit client premise for monthly bookkeeping
- QuickBooks training to junior bookkeeping staff
- Preparation and filing annual T4/T4A/T5 slips and summary
- Reconciliation of corporation tax GL account
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of QuickBooks experience in Canada.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word,
- Familiar with desktop and online QuickBooks.
- Strong in understanding of GL review to ensure accuracy income and expenses allocation
- Good organization skill
- Understanding reading CRA payroll, corporation and HST NOA and instalments and filing deadline.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
