**What Will You Do?**
- Process driver daily trip reports for payment according to established company pay structures.
- Forward to Corporate Payroll within deadlines for direct deposit.
- Communicate with management for audit when required or to gain approvals for exceptions, complex situations, or new runs.
- Gather appropriate documentation and run reports in relation to the calculation of driver pay.
- Review driver attendance for your designated pay group(s) and align with driver pay calculations according to established processes.
- Communicate with drivers to solve pay discrepancies.
- Assist with drivers’ uniform program and liaison contact for drivers to work with uniform company.
- Assist in preparing new driver manuals and kits when required and ship to terminal locations as needed.
- Process and set up new driver hires as per the Driver Settlements New Hire Administration Checklist.
- Process driver terminations as per the Driver Settlements Terminations Audit Checklist.
- Process and enter all inspections, citations and fines for all drivers as received in the various programs as required.
- Coordinate with the other members of the driver settlements team to ensure payroll deadlines are met especially when workloads are heavy or to cover vacations.
- Assist with EFS processing when required.
- All other duties as required.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills required; knowledge of other systems such as AS400, PC Miler, other dispatching software, or electronic logs an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, statutory holidays and weekends if required.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry and regulations an asset.
- Proven conflict resolution skills required.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and maintain strict confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant payroll experience required.
