**Shift**: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm
SUMMARY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process driver trip reports in accordance with company pay structures and forward for supervisor audit when necessary. Submit finalized reports to Corporate Payroll by deadline for direct deposit processing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to driver payroll inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in driver payments.
- Assist in the preparation of new driver manuals and orientation kits as requested.
- Provide support in processing U.S. driver expenses.
- Assist with generating department-specific reports as requested.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a structured environment that upholds high standards for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent math skills.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing department.
