We are seeking a Billing Analyst who will administer our current billing process and who will play a vital role as our business and systems evolve.
The Billing Analyst will gain a deep understanding of the systems and processes behind our eCommerce and telecom rating & billing operations. Great attention to detail and the drive to explore and learn these systems is vital.
We present an exciting opportunity for you to take charge of the billing system and put your modern touch on the data processing that keeps our business running smoothly. This role reports to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the rating & billing process and exception handling
- Expert in rating & billing configuration
- Implement new solutions for data processing and monitoring
- Ad-hoc reporting & data analysis for all departments
- Business reporting / KPI & Dashboard creation & maintenance
- Reconcile data between various systems and problem solve
- Data clean-up & enrichment, improving data quality
- Work with IT to test business requirements and changes
- Work with operations on specific account requests

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2 - 4 years experience in a Business, Finance, or IT position
- A degree or qualification in Business, IT or related
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and able to learn any database system
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis software
- Understanding of the order life cycle and related systems
- Order entry
- Fulfillment
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Accounts Receivable
- Reporting
- Good understanding of technical requirements as they relate to business systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, can review and organize data to gain new insights or to effect change
- Ability to work cross-functionally with the IT and Operations teams to resolve account and process issues

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience using Tableau
- Scripting skills like Typescript and JavaScript.
- Exposure to AWS services such as Athena.
