We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.

**Essential Duties**:
The duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

- Vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance
- Building repair and maintenance (Interior and exterior)
- Outdoor tasks
- lawn maintenance, snow removal, new projects, repairs
- Maintain indoor general cleanliness and organization of work spaces
- Maintain supplies and re-stock as required, parts order and pick ups
- Other duties as assigned.

**Prerequisite Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have valid “G” driver’s licence
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Vehicle Maintenance/minor repairs experience required
- Experience with painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC is an asset
- Experience with lawn maintenance tasks required
- Ability to use and operate hand/power tools and operate farm machinery
- Basic computer literacy-Microsoft based software
- Asset-Understanding of coating, painting, composite, fabrics, and resins
- Asset-Prior experience with automotive and manufacturing industries
- Asset-Knowledge of welding, machining processes, and composite production
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work outside for periods of time in all types of weather
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance if required
- Must be able to work overtime on occasion to complete tasks
