Our goal is to provide safe, well-maintained, and comfortable housing environments for our residents. We’re seeking a skilled and reliable **Property Maintenance Technician** to join our team and ensure our properties remain in top condition.

**Position Overview**:
The **Property Maintenance Technician** will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs across **three supportive housing facilities** and additional residential properties. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual with a wide range of maintenance skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems across all properties
- Respond promptly to maintenance-related issues reported by staff or residents
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of all buildings
- Coordinate with property management and other team members to address repair needs
- Keep maintenance logs and track work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Travel between properties as needed to handle tasks efficiently
- Other duties as required to ensure the properties remain in excellent condition

**Qualifications**:
✔Proven maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general construction work
✔Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
✔Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties
✔Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✔Knowledge of safety and building code compliance
