**What You’ll Do**

As a Consulting Manager you’ll be a key member of our growing Practice, working with clients to solve their most challenging problems. You’ll lead a team of 2-5 consultants to address top-level, strategic concerns and use diverse thinking to provide clients with lasting solutions that deliver measurable success.

**Core Activities**
- Help deliver client engagements within Info-Tech’s Consulting Practice through supporting of all areas of project management
- Assist in growing the organization by developing new consulting business, building & developing compelling offers, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and help to develop junior team members
- Play a role in business development activities including new business opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development and client presentations
- Build and maintain client relationships with C-Suite executives
- Assess & monitor large scale development projects across multiple components
- Perform project reviews and assess plan to project performance
- Critically evaluate the presence of, and sufficiency of, a project plan
- Make best-practice recommendations to improve ongoing project delivery

- **Client Interaction & Facilitation**: You’ll build rapport with clients effortlessly and communicate effectively with clients both virtually and in-person
- **Project Management**:You’ll manage project scope and budget effectively while reporting on project progress in a timely manner. You’ll lead challenging negotiations, while managing scope and client expectations
- **Written Communication**:You’ll craft and word deliverables in a clearly and concisely, for a polished, professional, and graphically appealing outcome
- **Presentation Skills**:You’ll present and influence client stakeholders through the presentation of Info-Tech proposals and deliverables
- **Business Development**:You’ll generate advisory sales leads through interactions with clients (i.e. analyst calls or project work) and proposal of Info-Tech services to fulfill client needs
