**Position Summary**
We are looking for a hands-on **Maintenance Lead** to oversee maintenance operations across our properties. You will manage a small team of maintenance staff, coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and facility standards. This is both a leadership and operational role, perfect for someone who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day repair work.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and schedule maintenance activities across multiple Micco properties
- Perform general maintenance tasks (e.g., minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping)
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Supervise external contractors and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and contribute to annual budget planning
- Mentor and develop junior maintenance staff
- Be the primary contact for emergency maintenance and participate in on-call rotation

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial maintenance, including 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of facilities and systems maintenance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
