**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
- Organize spaces effectively, ensuring that items are stored neatly and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
- A positive attitude towards work and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
