**Job Summary**
We're seeking a skilled and reliable part-time contract seamstress to help make our designs come to life This is a **contract position**, paid **per garment**, with flexible scheduling and potential for long-term collaboration.

**Duties**
- Operate sewing machines and other equipment to construct garments according to specifications.
- Communicate with the designer to clarify specifications as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all items meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Meet deadlines for small production batches

**Skills**
- Proficient in sewing techniques, including hand sewing and machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bonus: experience with pattern drafting

**Compensation**:

- **Paid per finished garment** (rate based on design complexity and material)
- Fabric and specific notions provided, however seamstress is expected to have access to basic tools such as: a printer, cutting tools, threads, seam rippers, etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
