Big Time is a retailer that sells fashion and well-known brand name watches in key locations on and around the Island of Montreal. We are presently looking for dynamic, energetic and excellent communicators for the position of sales advisors. We offer competitive salaries plus commissions and bonuses. Students welcome.

**Job Function/Purpose**:Continually develop and enhance sales opportunities at the retail location. Build customer loyalty and trust.

**Principal Activities/ Objectives**:

- Maximize sales while giving excellent customer service (before and after sale service)
- Opening and Closing the store.
- Mastering cash register functions.
- Maintain sales per hour above minimum set average
- Responsible for acquiring and maintaining product knowledge
- Organizing store and physical work environment. Merchandising of watches in the store location.
- Master sales tactics.
- When manager absent take on daily tasks or communication with head office. Examples of such are repair reports, daily and objectives reports, schedules and hours worked. All this needs to be done by deadlines established by the head office

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Pleasant presentation
- Ease of communication
- Bilingual in French & English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

- Commission pay
