LF3 Westboro is a fitness studio filled with high energy providing a motivating atmosphere for clients and employees alike. With a small number of ambitious and highly skilled staff you can make a real impact and help our members become the best version of themselves.

The **Customer Service Coordinator** is a key position in our team and requires strong interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality that thrives in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and a passion for the health and fitness industry. Proven Sales and Customer Service background is a key asset.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
- Provide information about our training, products and services offered, including giving studio tours to prospective members
- Respond promptly to all inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients and prospects via various touch-points
- Organize client bookings and coordinate trainer scheduling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of high-traffic studio areas
- Manage shake and coffee bar
- Participate in our training program, promoting the lifestyle as an LF3 brand ambassador
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat, charismatic personality
- Weekend availability, part-time
- Passion for health, fitness, or athletic industries
- Customer service / sales experience required
- Experience in fitness & health industry an asset
**Availability / Shifts**
- Afternoon (3.45pm - 6.45pm)
- Weekend (7.30am - 11.45am)
- Optional early morning (5.30am start time)
