The Technical Implementation Manager will be a member of the Customer Solutions team and will collaborate across the company in support of our goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead implementations for new and existing clients including managing schedules and stakeholders, running requirements gathering workshops, workflow mapping, data gathering, configuring, deploying, user acceptance testing, monitoring, and maintaining
- Roll-up your sleeves by writing code, running database queries, and diving deep to ensure success
- This role encompasses the full software development lifecycle and is roughly 50% customer engagement and 50% technical implementation

**Experience**
- Degree/Diploma in computing science, engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer; experience as a business analyst or project manager for software implementations is an asset
- Experience in B2B SaaS organization that delivers moderate-to-complex solutions
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SCADA/IoT, Production Accounting systems is an asset
- Experience with API development including data architecture and access, protocol development, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring tools
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time and multiple priorities
- Strong relationship building and management skills that shine through when collaborating with clients and internal teams
